What we do

Obstakl is a people and change consultancy with coaching at its core. We help organisations that care about performance and purpose in equal measure. The work ranges from one to one leadership coaching, to team programmes that align behaviour, culture and strategy, through to practical support on the change you need to make next.

How we think about ‘obstacles’

An obstacle is not a stop sign. It is a training ground. We help you turn friction into focus and use constraints to sharpen decisions. That might mean clearing noise for a leadership team so they can finally move together. It might mean helping a manager shift the conversation with their people so performance rises without burnout.

Obstakl is building a coaching house. A small, values aligned group of coaches and change specialists who share a simple belief. People do their best work when they feel safe, stretched and seen.
