Your best work won’t happen at 6 out of 10

ost people don’t burn out at the extremes but exist in the middle. Five out of ten day, six, sometimes seven. The irony? They can predict these “not full score” days in advance – that board meeting, that commute, that same project, those people.
The work is fine but doesn’t stretch you. The goals you commit to but not fully. The version of yourself that shows up, does what’s needed, but leaves something behind.
That’s the challenge: the state of being “fine”. Days pass, score accumulate, and you barely notice. Externally it seems normal. Internally, you reinforce it. It robs you of the chance see what you’re really capable of.
Coaching at Obstackl is about getting past this. It’s about spotting where you’ve settled, then asking the questions that are needed:
What are you procrastinating on because it actually matters?
Where are you choosing safe over meaningful?
What’s the version of you that moves past this?
Your best work isn’t behind you, and it won’t arrive by accident. It happens when you stop accepting six out of ten and start facing the challenges holding you there.
